Lika Shkhvatsabaia's work selected
The Spanish Association of Painters and Sculptors, through the President Mr. José Gabriel Astudillo and the Selection and Qualification jury of the 86th edition of the AUTUMN SALON, has selected a work by Lika Shkhvatsabaia to participate in the exhibition.
The 1st Autumn Salon of the Spanish Association of Painters and Sculptors was founded in 1920 and since its beginnings has sought to promote new values in a line of innovative culture.
“José Gabriel Astudillo, President of the Spanish Association of Painters and Sculptors, declares that reaching the 86th edition of a renowned event such as the Autumn Salon is in itself a triumph, since no other event in Spain is as old, nor has a list of names as the one the institution has gathered over all these years, names that are already part of the history of art such as Picasso, Alberti, Benlliure, the Benedito brothers, Benjamín Palencia, Vázquez Díaz”…
