22/05/21.- Madrid.- The author of the idea was from the World Tourism Organization and personally from His Excellency Mr. Zurab Pololikashvili. The work of Lika Shkhvatsabaia was selected, a painting entitled "Harmony of Life" (100 x 100 cm) in mixed technique. The work was presented to the King and Queen of Spain at the opening of FITUR 2021, at Ifema in Madrid on May 19.
“The painting conveys light, hope and life. The message of my work is love for life, despite the difficult times the whole world is going through. With this gesture I tried to express my love for Spain,” said the author of the painting, painter Lika Shkhvatsabaia. She added: “For me personally, the fact that I have given my work to the King of Spain is a great honour! I couldn’t be happier and prouder! Thank you so much.”
